Your role
Your mission
- Implementation & Onboarding: You guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure they successfully implement Sunhat in their organization.
- Customer Success & Support: You are the main point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate the platform, solve challenges, and get the most out of the software.
- Adoption & Value Creation: You monitor how customers use the platform, identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively support them in increasing their usage and success with Sunhat.
- Customer Relationship Management: You build strong relationships with customer teams and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Feedback Loop: You collect customer feedback, identify common challenges, and work closely with our Product team to continuously improve the platform.
- Knowledge Sharing: You contribute to help articles, guides, and best practices that enable customers to work more efficiently with Sunhat.
Your profile
- Customer Success Mindset: You have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar customer-facing role (ideally in a SaaS environment).
- Customer-Focused: You enjoy working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them succeed.
- Software Affinity: You are comfortable working with digital tools and enjoy helping others navigate new software. Excel and Google Sheets are part of your standard toolkit.
- Strong Communication: You explain complex topics clearly, stay patient when solving problems, and communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
- Solution-Oriented: You proactively identify challenges and find practical ways to help customers achieve their goals faster.
- Languages: You communicate fluently in German and English.
