Deine Aufgaben

Design & Content Creation: Du erstellst Layouts, Grafiken, Illustrationen und Videos für Kampagnen, LinkedIn, Events und unsere Unternehmenswebsite.
Corporate Design: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere visuelle Identität auf allen Kanälen scharf, frisch und konsistent bleibt und entwickelst sie aktiv weiter.
Materialproduktion: Du designst und bereitest Marketing- und Sales-Materialien, Präsentationen und Event-Assets vor – natürlich alles konform mit unseren Brand Guidelines.
Kreativkonzepte: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team zusammen, um strategische Ideen in überzeugende, auffällige visuelle Konzepte zu verwandeln.
Experimente & Innovation: Du erkundest neue kreative Formate und Stile, die unsere Marke voranbringen.

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Abschluss in Grafikdesign, Visueller Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich – oder entsprechende praktische Erfahrung.
Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Grafikdesign mit. Erfahrung im B2B-, SaaS- oder Agenturumfeld ist ein Pluspunkt.
Dein Portfolio zeigt überzeugend eine große Bandbreite an Design-Projekten (Digital, Print, Motion).
Kenntnisse in Video-Editing und Motion Graphics sind ein großes Plus.
Du hast ein ausgezeichnetes Auge für Details, visuelle Konsistenz und die Einhaltung der Markenidentität.
Du sprichst fließend Englisch und hast zumindest grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse (Basic Working Knowledge).

Your role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Media Designer (m/f/d) to join our Marketing Team - someone who’s excited to bring the Sunhat brand to life across every channel.

This is a role with real variety and creative freedom: from designing bold campaign visuals and event assets to evolving our corporate design and experimenting with new formats.

Your work won’t just support our marketing, sales, and brand-building initiatives - it willdefine how people see and experience Sunhat. This is your chance to leave a mark and playa key role in shaping a brand that’s growing fast in the ESG and SaaS space.

Your mission

Design & Content Creation: Create layouts, graphics, illustrations, and videos for campaigns, LinkedIn, events and the company website.
Corporate Design: Keep our visual identity sharp, fresh, and consistent across allchannels while helping to evolve it further.
Material Production: Design and prepare marketing and sales collateral, presentation materials, and event assets in line with brand guidelines.
Creative Concepts: Work closely with the marketing team to turn strategic ideas intocompelling visual concepts that stand out.
Experiment & Innovate: Explore new creative formats and styles that push our brandforward.

Your profile

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field — or equivalentpractical experience.
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design. Experience in B2B, SaaS, oragency environments is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects (digital, print, motion).
Skills in video editing and motion graphics are a big plus.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual consistency and brandidentity.
Fluent in English, with at least a basic working knowledge of German.
