Wir suchen eine Praktikantin oder einen Praktikanten, der uns dabei hilft, unsere Sunhat-Datenbank und die Modulinhalte zu verbessern.

Als Teil unseres Nachhaltigkeitsteams analysierst und strukturierst du quantitative und qualitative Daten. Gleichzeitig stehst du im Austausch mit unseren Kunden und bekommst so die Chance, unser Produkt aktiv mitzugestalten!

Deine Aufgaben

Die Basis schaffen: Du identifizierst Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen in Übereinstimmung mit den wichtigsten Reporting-Frameworks und Standards, Nachhaltigkeits-Fragebögen sowie spezifischen Industrie-Anforderungen.
Datenanalyse: Du bündelst Inhalte und Anforderungen und bringst sie in die Struktur unserer Sunhat-Datenbank und der Module.
Customer Success: Du arbeitest mit unseren Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen zusammen, um deren individuelle Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien in unserer Plattform abzubilden.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein echtes Interesse daran, mit Technologie zu einer nachhaltigeren Wirtschaft beizutragen.
Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit – Berufserfahrung in diesem Feld ist ein Plus.
Du liebst es, saubere Datenbanken mit quantitativen und qualitativen Datenpunkten zu erstellen.
Du kennst dich mit Dokumentationsprozessen für Sustainability Compliance und Reporting aus.
Du hast eine unternehmerische Denkweise und arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig.
Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikations- und soziale Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Teammitgliedern und Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.
Du kommunizierst souverän in Wort und Schrift auf Englisch und Deutsch.

Your role

We are looking for an intern that can contribute to enhancing our Sunhat database and module content.

As part of our sustainability team you will analyze and structure quantitative and qualitative data. You will also interact with our customers and get the chance to shape our product!

Your mission

Building the basis: Identifying sustainability requirements in compliance with major reporting frameworks and standards, sustainability questionnaires and specific industry requirements
Data analysis: Consolidate content and requirements using the Sunhat database and module structures
Customer success: Work with our customers from various industries to build their own sustainability conduct within our platform

Your profile

You have a genuine interest in contributing to technology that can lead to a more sustainable economy
You have experience in sustainability, having worked in this area is a plus
You enjoy creating clean databases including quantitative and qualitative data points
You are familiar with documentation for sustainability compliance and reporting
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, self-sufficient way of working
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
You are fluent in English and German
